Energy Performance Score, What is it?
Seattle City Light’s Energy Performance Score is a comprehensive evaluation of how efficient your home is regarless of your occupant behavior. Provided by Revolution Green Power, this in-home service gives you practical solutions toward greater energy efficiency, less environmental impact and, ultimately lower utility bills. SCL’s Energy Performance Score is a valuable tool to guide you toward carbon footprint reduction and home energy savings.

You must be a SCL electric customer living in an existing single-family property or attached housing with four units or less where the primary electrical source is provided by SCL. One (1) rebate per household.
