Revolution Green Power (RGP) is your whole building solution for insulation and air sealing.  We are committed to the building as a system approach, when it comes to insulating and air sealing your house, which means we pay close attention to the building envelope to make sure it’s as tight as possible, while maintaining adequate air changes and overall indoor air quality.

 Services we provide:

  • Air Sealing and Insulating Attic spaces.  Insulation is not an adequate air barrier on its own, it simply slows conductive heat lost through the ceiling of your home, but does not stop air leaks.  Air sealing with spray foam is the proper way to air seal your attic floor, and trap as much of your precious heated air as possible, inside your living space.  Air will leak out through recessed lights, wire chases in walls, gaps around duct work, and many other places.  We Air Seal First – Insulate Second!  In the attic insulate with either, blown-in, Mountain Fiber Cellulose Insulation, cut in, Batting Insulation using Certainteed Sustainable Insulation, or foam seal the entire attic with Inject-A-Seal foam.
  •  Air Sealing and Insulating Crawl Spaces and Basements – Sealing and fully insulating your crawlspace or unconditioned basement is essential in making a home more comfortable and more efficient.  Unsealed penetrations like plumbing, wire, data, etc. allow cold sometimes dank air into your living space.  After sealing & insulating under the floor, insulating the water pipes, and installing a new vapor barrier, we can take any nasty crawl space and make it efficient and clean once again.  For crawlspaces we use either Certainteed Sustainable Insulation, or rigid foam board insulation.
  • Duct Sealing and Insulating – If your home has duct work located in a crawl space, garage, or un heated basement, you could be losing up to 25% of your heat through your leaky duct work.  The only way to properly seal up your ducts is with UL 181 approved Duct Mastic.  See the video for how it’s done, or call us for an estimate.  Before we ever insulate your ducts we seal them up first.  This is one of the best efficiency upgrades you can do to your home.
  • Wall Retrofit, Drill and Fill Insulation – We drill through the exterior or your house and fill each empty stud cavity with either dense packed cellulose insulation, or spay foam insulation. The holes are then plugged and sealed up.  This is an excellent way so make cold walls more comfortable, and an old home less drafty.
  • Spray Foam Air Sealing and Insulating – Soft foam like Inject-A-Seal is a great sealing and insulating foam for attics and walls.  Closed cell spray foam like Touch N Seal, is a great sealing and insulating foam for crawlspace, basement, or old garage ceilings, pop outs, knee walls, or any odd hard to heat space in your home.
